Disclaimer

1. Content of online offering
The author assumes no guarantee whatsoever for the current status, correctness, completeness or quality of the information made available. Claims for liability against the author relating to loss, damage and injury of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information offered or through the use of faulty and incomplete information, shall be ruled out in principle unless the author can be shown to have acted with intent or gross negligence. All offers are without engagement and non-binding in nature. The author explicitly reserves the right to modify, add or delete parts of the web pages or the entire offering or to discontinue the publication, either temporarily or permanently, without separate advance notice.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third party websites (“hyperlinks”) beyond the scope of the author’s responsibility, liability would arise exclusively if the author was aware of the content and if it would have been technically possible and acceptable for him to prevent the use of unlawful content. The author hereby explicitly declares that no illegal content was identifiable on the pages to be linked at the time the relevant links were set. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the content or authorship of the pages linked/connected. For this reason, the author explicitly dissociates himself from any and all content of all pages linked/connected that were modified after the relevant links were set. This applies to all links and references set within the own Internet offering and for third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, link registers, mailing lists set up by the author and in all other forms of databases whose content is possible to be modified by instances of external write-enabled access. For any illegal, faulty or incomplete content and, in particular, for any loss, damage or injury caused by the use or non-use of such information on offer, only the provider of the page to which the reference is made shall be liable, not the person who merely refers to the relevant publication via links.

3. Copyright and trademark law
In all publications, the author duly takes account of the copyright relating to all images, graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts, uses images, graphics, sound files, video sequences and text created by himself or refers to license-free graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts. All brands and trademarks mentioned on the website, including those protected by third parties’ brands and trademarks are subject, without limitation, to the provisions of trademark law in force from time to time and to the right of possession of the respective registered owners. Simply because of their mention, it cannot be concluded that trademarks are not protected by any rights of third parties. The copyright for subject matter published and created by the author himself shall remain exclusively with the author of the pages in question. The copying or use of such graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permissible without the explicit consent of the author.

4. Data protection
If there is an option within the website to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, residential or postal addresses), then the disclosure of such data by the user shall be on an explicitly voluntary basis only. The utilization of all services on offer – to the extent technically possible and acceptable – is also possible without providing such data and/or by providing anonymized data or the use of a pseudonym (also cf. the detailed data protection statement).

5. Prohibition of use
The use of the contact data or comparable information published as part of credits and disclaimers such as postal addresses, telephone and facsimile numbers as well as e-mail addresses by third parties for transmission of information that was not explicitly solicited is not permissible. Legal steps against senders of what are termed “spam mails” are expressly reserved in the event of any violations of this prohibition.

6. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be perceived as part of the website offering from which the referral was made to this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text should not, no longer nor not fully correspond to the legal situation prevailing, the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected with regard to their content and validity.
